Portfolio website case study

Description

I recently updated my site for various reasons.
The biggest reason was to improve conversion rate and improve user experience.

How I went about it.
I started with asking myself what my clients/users visiting the site most often are looking for. What I found out, and quite honestly knew, was two things.
Audience 1 - Knows who I am, have a project, trust my quality. Thus, want to contact me.
Audience 2 - Don't really know me, want to ensure my quality through previous work and testimonials.

This is really important information. By knowing what my visitors want I can easily optimize the site to fit these needs.
I needed to make my work and contact information easily accessible.

Implementation
As I have a simple CTA, and only one, it is a very easy to create a nice user experience.
If you follow the pages on the site you quickly realize I come back to the same CTA every time with the difference of context. Having the context of where the visitor are, you can make the CTA's much more attractive.
