Utia is a company from Luleå started by two young entrepreneurs who want to help juveniles get their first job.
That is why they created the Utia app. This app matches young people from 13-20 with simpler first-tier jobs like event personal, storage and more. Erik, CEO at Utia, came to me through my team at MicroAA Labs with the description of the app and we were more than happy to help him out. The Utia platform consists of 3 parts, the app which is used by those who are searching for a job, the web-app used by companies and the admin panel for internal use.
The challenge was to create a seamless user experience through all of these sections making sure it was simple and neat.
To solve this we simply needed to have a clear content plan of which data is consistent through everything. This way, we could make an MVP that had all the features necessary to match a juvenile with a company.
