I always make sure to understand the target user, business and goals before heading in to design. This step includes market research, competitor analysis, workshops and more.
I do wireframes and prototyping in the same step. This way we can easily create and test multiple solutions and let the user show us what works best.
After iterations in the previous step we have a clear solution that now needs an awesome face. At the end of this step you will have a neatly designed product with an interactive prototype.
I am not a developer, but I love to work close with them. After launch I want to make sure that what we have created looks and works the way it's intended too.

My experience.
Been working as a digital designer since 2016 and have for the most part helped start-ups with web and mobile applications.
I am currently working as a UI/UX designer at the Stockholm startup company Yepstr.
My daily work at Yepstr consists of project specification, workshops, user research & testing, wireframing, prototyping, pixel perfect design, handover and collaboration with developers.
